Some videos from the past month

Not a book lover.
Somehow V is never gentle with books. always willing to throw them or tear them(if only he could!). Mommy tries to read to him every night but hasn't succeeded yet :(



V cant crawl yet but he sure can move! Uses his head to go forward...

Changes galore...

I thought its time I wrote about all the changes you have brought about in me

• I became a mother(duh!, we already knew that). Not just by the virtue of giving birth but by feelings I go through when I see you, the pinch I feel when I see you cry and the joy I feel when I see you smile
• I value my life more, its even more important for me to stay healthy and fit to see you grow and be there for you
• All the kids in the world have suddenly come into existence for me. I see older kids and imagine what you would be at that age and I see younger kids and try to remember what you did at that age.
• I value and love my parents even more now that I am a parent. 

Now onto some funny, perplexing changes

• I have to remind myself to cuss less. After all, I don't want you to grow up and say that I learnt this from my mom! what an embarrassment!
• I am learning to be more patient. Just when I have had enough with your late night wails , I have to check myself from pulling my hair apart !! 
• Milk, burp, potty,diapers are my latest buzzwords!
• Your poop is a moment of rejoice in the household and I give high fives for it!
• I have to check myself from talking about you all the time to people. After all I was one of those who couldn't imagine why parents have nothing else to talk about but their kids!

Milestone Alert:Teething!

He has been teething for more than a month now but its one of those milestones which brings along pain and discomfort. Its a milestone all the same! cant wait for his first tooth to cut through. Till then he will be gnawing at his teethers as he is in the picture below!
